Julie Wimmer manages the reconstruction of the interior of the Prague TV tower (Zizkov Television Tower) in Prague

Considerable attention has recently been given a complete reconstruction of the TV tower in Zizkov in Prague. In April 2011, foreign investors chose Julie Wimmer to manage and coordinate all work associated with the Zizkov tower reconstruction. In recent weeks, changes took place in the project documentation, modifications, and interior design currently provides a selection building contractors and concluding contracts with selected suppliers.

Apartment which was created from two flats

Tento slunný apartmán se nachází v Praze v komplexu novostaveb v blízkosti parku a lesa. Vznikl propojením dvou  bytů (každý s dispozicí 2kk). Výsledně byl vytvořen apartmán o rozloze 115 m2, a dispozicích 4kk. Z důvodu stavebních úprav a kompletních změn v dispozicích proběhla celková rekonstrukce prostoru. Majitelé bytu upřednostňovali světlý interiér s použitím průmyslové mozaiky na podlahách.

The small apartment with the area of 50 m² has to satisfy lots of conditions of ideal apartment which is occupied by woman.  The idea of the owner was to have a bedroom, living room and home office in one room. The kitchen is situated in the separate room as well as dressing room and bathroom with WC.

Complete reconstruction, Prague, Czech Republic

JWD got through the interior design of the apartment in Prague, Czech Republic. The apartment is situated in the superstructure of the house from the year 1989. A young successful lawyer bought this space in the original condition and decided to make the complete reconstruction.

One-room apartment - Milanofiori Nord, Italy

The apartment in the new residential building consists from one room, winter garden and terrace. This small apartment with surface (43sqm) has to meet all requests of comfortable living. For the real estate company, it is difficult to place on the market the smaller apartments, because the proportion between the interior space and the exterior space of the wintergarden is really strange.

Fishing plant, Praslin, Seychelles

Architectural study and interior project. On the client’s invitation I spent few weeks on Praslin Island to see the place where will be built the fishing plant. I was discovering the chosen location. The position of the plant will be in the populated zone on the coast next to the pier and opposite the old fishing plant which was change into the souvenir shop. The client’s plans are not just to build fishing plant but also to develop this area and to create the public space with the fast food, shop for fishermen, market, parking places, petrol station for fishermen etc. According to this criteria would be necessary to land up part of the sea and extend the terrain for the building with all facilities.
