One-room apartment - Milanofiori Nord, Italy

The apartment in the new residential building consists from one room, winter garden and terrace. This small apartment with surface (43sqm) has to meet all requests of comfortable living. For the real estate company, it is difficult to place on the market the smaller apartments, because the proportion between the interior space and the exterior space of the wintergarden is really strange. They need many fresh ideas for living this particular domestic space: a very little flat (43sqm) with a big wintergarden tat nobody knows what to do with it... All the apartments have a view towards a central garden, a wintergarden and a terrrace.

IN MOTION
Movement, energy, activity… this is all what is affected young successful person who lives full speed. The space has to be flexible, airy at the same time purposefully furnished with enough stowage space.
The main room contains of kitchen, living room, dining room, bedroom and dressing room. The whole length of the room is built-up by cabinet which continues also into the space of the winter garden. The part of the stowage place is also aquarium which connects both spaces and creates a decorative element full of movement, life and nature.

Complete reconstruction, Prague, Czech Republic

Complete interior realization, including works and various crafts. Reconstruction and furnishing of the apartment in Prague – Kobylisy. The floor space of the apartment is 100 m² and the apartment is situated in the superstructure of the flat building from the year 1989. The complete reconstruction of the apartment has to be done, namely a change of the floor, walls, ceiling, windows, electrical set, heating and water outlets. The layout of the apartment was nearly  kept according to the customer’s wish except for enlargement of the living room by kitchen and dining room to get one large open space.

Fishing plant, Praslin, Seychelles

Architectural study and interior project. On the client’s invitation I spent few weeks on Praslin Island to see the place where will be built the fishing plant. I was discovering the chosen location. The position of the plant will be in the populated zone on the coast next to the pier and opposite the old fishing plant which was change into the souvenir shop. The client’s plans are not just to build fishing plant but also to develop this area and to create the public space with the fast food, shop for fishermen, market, parking places, petrol station for fishermen etc. According to this criteria would be necessary to land up part of the sea and extend the terrain for the building with all facilities.

Country style of the family house, Czech Republic

Complete interior realization, including works and various crafts. The location of the house near to Bohemian Forest and client’s wish were the dominant factors which decided about the interior style. The country style with all benefits of the modern time, comfort and cosiness that are the criteria which gave the direction to the interior furnishing of the young family. The kitchen connected with the living room and dining room fills the main part of the living space.

Project for Santa Maria Maior Resort, Funchal, Madeira, Portugal

Interior project. An enclosed complex of 13 luxury villas will be constructed in an exclusive locality with a unique view of Funchal and the ocean, in the middle of charming countryside and in the immediate vicinity of eucalyptus forest and levadas. In the vicinity of the residential area is a luxury hotel and a spa resort Choupanna hills, a newly constructed first league football stadium, golf course, and a botanical garden.
