The floor space of the apartment is 100 m² and the apartment is situated in the superstructure of the flat building from the year 1989. The complete reconstruction of the apartment has to be done, namely a change of the floor, walls, ceiling, windows, electrical set, heating and water outlets. The layout of the apartment was nearly kept according to the customer’s wish except for enlargement of the living room by kitchen and dining room to get one large open space.
The furnishing of the apartment is to the reference of the customer’s taste rather classical without any extravagant elements, focused on pragmatism and comfort of the home which is underlined by natural materials and earth colors in the contrast to the bright colour tones. All the furniture is original designed directly for this space. At present The reconstruction works are in progress and should be finished within January 2010. After that the apartment will be completely furnished.
